Even if you spend your working day at the computer, it is still possible and very beneficial to complete a digital fast. The ten week Digital Wellbeing Program will guide you in setting boundaries that work for you and your unique situation. I will be coaching you on how to communicate proactively leading up to your detox, and how to voice your boundaries within a work environment. You will come out of the program with more clear distinctions between your time at work and your time for YOU.
It is ideal to practice some period of zero engagement with social media, but it isn't necessary for you to delete your accounts (unless you decide you want to after your fast!). There are numerous tactics for walling off the accounts that are the biggest temptation, and during your reprieve you can get clear on why, when, and for how long you would like to spend time online in the future. With clear boundaries and specific goals, you will set yourself up for success.
You will gain access to the course modules and community right away, including the next scheduled live stream. Your coaching program officially starts with your daily mindset emails on the first Monday following registration. You will have lifetime access to the course modules, free community, and any downloadable resources. Access to the private community ends one week after completion of your program, to maintain the integrity of the coaching container.
Everyone's experience will be unique, and the results of a coaching program depend heavily on how you show up and whether you are implementing the advice and exercises throughout the course. When it comes to shifting your old ways and establishing new norms, allow at least 2 weeks to break your existing habits, a full month to establish a new routine, and six to eight weeks for an integrated and enduring mindset. That is why I designed the program over the course of ten weeks, allowing for true transformation that lasts!
